Join us for an enchanted evening where sound meets ritual on the October New Moon.
With alchemy and frosted quartz singing bowls, water instruments, wind chimes, and a crystal harp this sound bath journey is intended to nurture understanding of our past and present in order to vision who we are meant to become.
Arrive as you are and leave having entered a more empowered and embodied reality with practical first steps to become who you are meant to be--not someday but right now in this very moment.
Arrival: Please arrive early for clearing using Tree of Life’s magical misters and grounding using an ocean disc and to settle in comfortably for the journey ahead.
Ritual: 5:30-6:30pm
Return: 6:30-6:45pm
Post-Ritual (Optional): 6:45-7:30

What to bring?
Eye Mask, comfy blanket, pillow, and extra pillow as a bolster if needed.
Mats with washed sheets are provided.
An oracle card message is offered upon arrival, so a journal is recommended!

I’m a helper and guide at heart, and I most enjoy creating safe, inclusive spaces to facilitate emotional and physical healing through touch, sound, and counsel.
As a songwriter, I deeply enjoy connecting with spirit and deities through breath, humming, song, and music, and even crafting my own invocations and incantations.
I am owner of Inclusive Functional Fitness, a gender-affirming fitness and holistic facilitation company dedicated to helping individuals achieve their wellness goals. Currently, I facilitate groups for over 60 mental health and substance abuse recovery centers across Southern California.
Joined by Special Guest: Célah
Célah is a gifted singer-songwriter and oracle, as well as a clinical psychologist. In December of 2025 Célah released their debut EP, Patterns. Cèlah will sing an unreleased song “journey home” for the energy raising portion of the ritual.

If you are feeling under the weather, or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please stay home and rest up!
Parking
We highly recommend coming down a bit early to comfortably find parking. Ocean Beach is a busy little beach community, but there is ample parking. There is a paid lot by the CVS across Cable St. and lots of free street parking available.
