Ostara Goddess Statue
About 10" tall
Ostara, the ancient Germanic goddess of the spring, also called Eostre.
Ostara (celebrated during the Spring Equinox) is a solar holiday honoring the spring's warmth, light from the sun, and the awakening of the earth. Celebrations during this holiday are all about balance, renewal, and rebirth. Some of the symbols of Ostara are spring flowers, butterflies, rabbits and of course eggs. This is a celebration of new life and possibilities.
