Healing Ritual with Lord Ganesha

For this ritual you will need a statue of Ganesha ( or a picture such as the one above) , a small bowl, an incense burner, and a candle.

Find a small space in your home and place the statue or image of Ganesha in the center, with the candle on one side and the incense on the other.

Every day take a few minutes and light the candle and incense, focus on the image of Ganesha and the group that you want to send healing energy to, then focus on sending healing energy as you chant this mantra:

"AUM GANADHYAKSHAYA NAMAHA"

This mantra should be repeated for one full mala (108 repetitions), for 48 days, preferably at the same time each day. Every day this is completed increases the healing energy being sent. After the 48th day, it becomes upasana, or intense meditation, which yields spiritual blessings.
